I think this image resonated for a few reasons – we loved the multiple layers of colour and texture, in particular the way that the feeling of water is captured and represented – extremely effective and hard to do well. For me, this was the stand-out image in Vivienne’s recent series. It’s perfect for brightening up the northwest corner of the dining room and gets plenty of notice and comment from family and friends. The shafts of sunlight seem to radiate out into the room.
